May I use your art for tubing?
Alain Viesca Arts is available for tube licensing at MyPSPTubes.com.
Tubing groups, please note that past permissions have been revoked now and all
usage must go through mypsptubes.
Can I put a link on my site to AlainVarts?
By all means, go right ahead. You're more than welcome to do so and to use any
of the banners
I have available. No need to email and double check with me.
Can I use your art on my webpage?
Yes, if it is a non-profit page, and if you follow a few simple requests I have:
* Please please PLEASE read the image descriptions, and if it says the image is copyrighted to a third party, you cannot use that art without contacting the copyright holder. Do not ask me about these images, or about how to contact the copyright holder. You can either follow the links I have, or look them up on the internet yourself.
*You must have a "©Alain Viesca Arts" on any page you display my art. UNLESS the image description on AlainVArts indicates there is a copyright to a third party involved. In which case, please respect their copyrights and indicate such, along with an "art by Alain Viesca Arts" in your credits.
*I don't require this, but it makes for a very grateful and happy artist if you choose to place a link back to my galleries from your site. You can link to http://www.AlainVarts.com. If you want to use banners, feel free to -use any of these-
Can I have a higher resolution version of a particular painting?
In general, the answer to this is no. Unless you commissioned it, or want to
license it for a fee. There are a few special circumstances, so if you have
a case then contact me and we can discuss it. Otherwise, please don't email
me asking for this. A good portion of my work is digital. This means that the
"original" piece of art IS the high resolution file. I cannot distribute
these to anyone who asks, for my own protection. Sorry about that.
How can I purchase your art wholesale for my store?
* If you are interested in wholesale prints, you can contact me with your
request and for pricing.
* T-shirts & miscellaneous apparel are available from SkulBone (http://www.skulbone.com/).
Currently they carry 4 t-shirt designs of mine. The rest is offered currently
thru my Cafepress store.
Do you take commissions?
Yes. Price depends on the size, complexity and what copyright your intend to
buy from me. Email me information such as deadlines, description, as as much
detail as applies for your request.
Order / Payment Policy
Order your merchandise in one of three ways:
Shipping Policy
We generally ship using Fedex ground from our our studio in Oklahoma City. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii require 2nd Air Fedex Service and may have additional limitations due to local restrictions.
If the item is an unmated or loose print, it will be shipped within 1 (one) week. All other pieces, matted and framed are made to order. Regular shipping time will be a maximum of 2 weeks for delivery.
During our busy exhibition and convention season (May through
mid September) orders may take up to 4(four) weeks to ship. If concerned please
call to get an estimated delivery date during that time.
T-shirts are available thru our vendors, Please refer to our merchandise page
where our vendor/distributer will handle that.
Any damaged shipment must be reported within 48 hours of delivery at (leave message) at 405-557-1488. (Claims 30 days after delivery can not be processed.) Any problems with shipping be it damage or delivery failure, must be reported immediately in order to put a claim in with the shipping company.
